Of course! it makes perfect security sense- there are so many pickpockets especially in Paris and especially on the Metro. BE VERY CAREFUL with your belongings. I’ve heard even when you wear the cross body bags the pickpockets still somehow get inside. Also- NEVER hang your purse over the back of your chair like is shown in one of these photos.

Yes, I had the same feeling when I was last in Paris – it’s like there was nothing new to discover. It was all very nice to look at, but in the same mundane way that my Pinterest boards are nice to look at.
